CV. Satiaji Mandiri, operating as Studio Satiaji Sculpture & Artwork, is a premier creator of three-dimensional art based in Yogyakarta. Established in 1988, the studio has thrived under the leadership of prominent artist Dunadi. Guided by his expertise and extensive experience managing large-scale projects, the company has experienced significant growth, earning widespread recognition from the public as well as local and international business partners.
Its scope of work spans the design and creation of monumental sculptures, metal and bronze sculpture casting, reliefs, portraits, and life-size sculptures, architectural ornaments, museum collection replication and restoration, and souvenirs and home decor production.
Born in Bantul on August 3, 1960, Dunadi has harbored a deep passion for sculpture since his time at the Indonesian Fine Arts School (SSRI/SMSR) in 1978. His dedication to the craft culminated in 1988 when he successfully completed his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Design, majoring in sculpture, at ISI Yogyakarta.
He began his career creating monumental sculptures, a pursuit he continues today, without ever losing his passion for bringing his personal artistic visions to life. Leveraging his extensive expertise, he founded Studio Satiaji Sculpture & Artwork, a three-dimensional art company based in Yogyakarta.
In addition to commissioned projects, Dunadi actively creates independent artworks that have been featured in prominent national and international fine arts exhibitions. Notable showcases include the International Exhibition "Art Revolution Taipei" (Taiwan, 2015), the IKASSRI Exhibition "Reborn" (National Gallery, Jakarta, 2016), "Menjadi Indonesia" (Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta, 2017), "Celebrating Indonesian Portraiture" (OHD Museum, Magelang, 2018), and the "Jogja International Creative Arts Festival (JICAF)" Exhibition (ISI Yogyakarta, 2020). In 2010, he held a solo exhibition titled "Singing in the Darkness" at the Jogja Gallery in Yogyakarta.
